From 2005 to 2012, Jason Marks fought for the public interest of every New Mexican as the Albuquerque-are member of the Public Regulation Commission.  But he didn’t just fight for your interests, he won – $45 million in electric rate case savings, $30 million in customer credits on phone bills, the largest fines in PRC history for serious pipeline safety violations, and a 2,000X increase in solar electric generation.  Now, he’s putting his “keen analytical intelligence”1 to work solving the legal problems of select civil litigation and advisory clients.
